Twelve horses from Þúfur were represented at Landsmót Hestamanna 2022. Allt of them qualified as individuals on either the breeding track or the oval track, as well as perform all together at the very popular breeding farm show on Saturday night. It was such a privilege and fun to get the chance to participate in an exceptional night show at Landsmót, which served as the cherry on top of a great event.

Þúfur‘s stud stallion, Trymbill frá Stóra-Ási received honorary price for offsprings and was presented himself along with twelve of his offsprings.

During the stay at Landsmót, all horses were kept at the stunning farm Sumarliðabær (www.sumarfarm.is) where all facilities for horses and humans were as good as can be and a whole lot better. We are very grateful to have been able to stay and to everyine involved; owners Silja and Birgir, stable managers Ólafur and Åsa and all the stable staff.
